Welcome!  I'm Jeanelle, owner of Opal & Arya, it's great to have you here.

During my own journey of self-reflection and realized just how unkind I was being to myself.  Even though I was trapped in cycles of intrusive thoughts and negative self-talk that slowly chipped away at my self-worth and self-esteem, I refused to let that define who I really was.  I started actively replacing negativity with kindness, using positive affirmations and self-talk as my lifeline, reminding myself that I am worthy of the same love and compassion I so freely give to others.

I've also been a longtime fan of scented candles, and they've always been an essential part of my self-care rituals.  I light them in my darkest moments.  I surround myself with them for soothing baths.  Their warmth, soft glow and calming scents always serve as a source of comfort and peace for me.

I know I’m not alone in this sort of struggle. So many of us battle self-doubt and low self-esteem, forgetting our own worth. I created Opal & Arya to offer more than just beautifully scented candles. I want each candle to serve as a reminder of the light within you -- A spark of self-love on your journey and the inner voice that tells you that you are worthy, you are inspirational, and you are enough.  And you deserve to be remind of that every single day.
